The best regional stands at the RUSSIA EXPO have been announced based on website voting results
The votes
of visitors to the International RUSSIA EXPO for the best exposition of the
venue have been counted. Voting was conducted in the mobile application and on
the official Exposition website.
The guests
determined the best expositions in 11 nominations. For example, it was possible
to choose the most original stand, the most useful and informative exposition
for children, the stand with the best interactive or virtual tour, tourist or
social project.
You could
cast your vote for several participants at once. According to the voting
results, awards for the best stands went to the Krasnodar region, Republic of
Crimea, Tula region, Moscow, Chechen Republic, Republic of Bashkortostan,
Chuvash Republic, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Sakhalin region, Khanty-Mansi
Autonomous Area-Yugra, Tyumen region, Kemerovo region, Tomsk region, Irkutsk
region and St. Petersburg.
The
International RUSSIA EXPO was held from November 4, 2023 to July 8, 2024 by
Presidential Decree. The most important achievements of the country were
gathered on one platform. During the whole time of the Exposition, guests were
welcomed with cultural events, a rich business and educational program. The
visitors were presented expositions of 89 Russian regions, leading federal
departments, corporations and public organizations.
On July 1,
2024, President Vladimir Putin signed an order to establish the Russia National
Centre to preserve the legacy of the RUSSIA EXPO and demonstrate the country's
achievements on a permanent basis.
A press
conference dedicated to the launch of the All-Russian campaign "New Year
Tree of Wishes" was held at the National Centre RUSSIA.
The
Soyuz-2.1a carrier rocket will deliver New Year gifts, food supplies, and
equipment to the cosmonauts.
On
November 22, the National Centre RUSSIA will launch the project "Open
School: Presentation of Best Practices."
