Adelia Zagrebina has appreciated the premiere of the film "My Friend, the Cat, and Pushkin" at the National Centre RUSSIA
On 20
September, the National Centre RUSSIA hosted a high-profile screening of the
motion picture "My Friend, the Cat, and Pushkin." The invited guest
at the event was Adelia Zagrebina, a winner of the ninth season of the project
"Voice. Children". The young singer shared her impressions of the new
family film premiere with the press service of the National Centre RUSSIA.
"I
really liked the movie. Special thanks to the actors. They were wonderful, just
brilliant, and they played great. This is a story with a very deep meaning.
Most of all, I liked the part where the characters worried about the lost pet.
It was a very emotional moment. The rap part in the movie turned out to be
quite good, too. Pushkin-style," Adelia Zagrebina shared.
The film
"My Friend, the Cat, and Pushkin" tells a story of Milana, a Moscow
schoolgirl who writes poetry but is afraid of speaking in public. A black cat,
in whose body the soul of the young Pushkin dwells, becomes her unexpected
companion on the path of discovery and overcoming. The film combines classics
and modernity: the plot contains both references to "Eugene Onegin",
and to rap battles, which are intelligible to today's schoolchildren. This is a
film about family, friendship, creativity, and the ability to believe in
oneself.
"Speaking
of me, I'm already used to performing, I'm not afraid anymore. On the contrary,
I get a lot of pleasure from it," the young singer said.
The guests
of the premiere screening at the National Centre RUSSIA -- representatives of
the film industry, artists, cultural figures, journalists, children and the
other viewers, were the first to see the picture on the big screen. After the
official event, graduates of the "Young Tour Guides School of Russia"
conducted an exclusive tour of the interactive exposition "Journey through
Russia" for young actors and guests.
"It's
a big and beautiful space. This is my first time here, but I really like it.
Thanks a lot to the organizers," Adelia Zagrebina said.
The main
roles in the film were played by Yelizaveta Boyarskaya and Alisa Konashenkova.
For People's Artist of Russia Yevgenia Dobrovolskaya, the role of Arina Rodionovna
became one of the last in her life.
The film
was created by the Marmot-Film company with the support of the Ministry of
Culture of the Russian Federation and JSC "Channel One. Worldwide
Network". The official nationwide release of the film is scheduled for 2
October 2025.
