Dmitry Milyaev interview with the National Centre RUSSIA: cultural heritage and the region’s new opportunities
The Tula Region Week has ended at the National Centre. The
Governor of the region Dmitry Milyaev visited the exposition "Region-2030.
Platform of the Future", talked with students from Tula who study at
universities in Moscow, and answered questions of the press service of the
National Centre RUSSIA. He talked about what future he sees for the Tula
region, and why it is useful to visit regions' expositions.
"Sometimes we have to conclude that we don't know our
country. It's huge, gorgeous, and wonderful. The displays at the National
Centre allow people to get in touch with our big country without traveling far,
to see it more broadly, and to become interested in traveling to other regions
in the future. It seems to me that it will be absolutely informative for every
inhabitant of our country to visit different parts of Russia. But, of course,
we need to start from Tula," Dmitry Milyaev said.
