There are only 17 days left until the opening of the International RUSSIA EXPO. Vasily Orlov, Governor of the Amur region, invited all the country’s residents to his region’s stand.

The Amur region has a unique geographical position — it has the longest border with China. And Blagoveshchensk is the only Russian city located on the state border. While presenting his region, Vasily Orlov recalled the words of the famous classic.

"Our region leaves a vivid impression on everyone who comes here. For example, Anton Pavlovich Chekhov wrote after his visit to Blagoveshchensk: "I am in love with Amur, and it is beautiful, and spacious, and free, and warm". I fully agree with this assessment", — says Vasily Orlov.

A unique infrastructure facility has been built in the Amur region — the first international bridge that connects the region with its eastern neighbor. And soon the first ropeway will appear there. The pride of the Amur region is the Vostochny Cosmodrome. People come from all over the country to see the launch of rockets.

The Amur region, along with other regions of the country, will present its achievements at the RUSSIA EXPO, which will be opened on November 4 at VDNH.
