The large-scale international project Open Dialogue "The Future of the World. New Platform for Global Growth" will take place at the National Centre RUSSIA from 28 to 30 April 2025. It will bring together experts from leading global think tanks, development institutions, higher education, government bodies, business associations, youth organisations, the scientific community, and the media. Participants of the Open Dialogue will develop unified approaches to ensuring the growth of the global economy.

The event will also welcome the authors of the best essays from 42 countries, selected by the Open Dialogue Organising Committee. Pitch sessions among the essayists will be held on 28 April, across four thematic areas.

The discussion will feature Hugo Matekovic (Brazil), founder of the company "Tools for the Commons." He will serve as an expert for the Open Dialogue in the "Investments in Technology" area. The company uses blockchain and distributed utility technologies to create network-managed cities and societies.

"We are creating digital economic zones around the world — primarily in the Global South, in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. And we hope to build such hubs of prosperity and cooperation where countries from across the globe can work together and build the future. I’m looking forward to meeting all of you in Moscow," said Hugo Matekovic.

Jakob Pinneker, head of a recruitment agency from Germany, submitted an essay on one of the topics within the "Investment in People" track. In his work, Jakob places significant emphasis on research and the development of new approaches and tools in the field of human capital and the formation of the labour market of the future:

"We are happy to share our experience working with highly qualified specialists who have chosen Russia for their professional development. This factor already significantly increases the human capital index and makes a positive contribution to the growth of Russia's GDP," said Jakob Pinneker.

The programme of the Open Dialogue "The Future of the World. New Platform for Global Growth" is published on the website of the National Centre RUSSIA and is available to everyone in Russian, English, Chinese, Arabic, and Portuguese.

For three days, discussions at the National Centre RUSSIA will focus on four key tracks of global economic development:

"Investments in Human Capital";

"Investments in Technology";

"Investments in Connectivity";

"Investments in Environment".

On 29 April, as part of the "Presentation of the Future of the World," top-level global experts will speak to the participants.

The final session of the Open Dialogue "The Future of the World. New Platform for Global Growth" will take place on 30 April. The event will be moderated by Maxim Oreshkin, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office of the Russian Federation. The outcomes of the previous days will be summed up together with the best essayists, top speakers, and international experts.

Events of the Open Dialogue on 29 and 30 April are open to all who have completed preliminary registration on the website of the National Centre RUSSIA in the Open Dialogue section.
