Bashkir honey was launched into space from the RUSSIA EXPO
Bashkir
honey for Russian cosmonauts was presented at the RUSSIA EXPO. It will be
packed and sent by a cargo ship to the International Space Station. In total it will be 40 kilograms of honey.

Bashkir Honey agreed on a sweet "parcel" for the cosmonauts.
According to Roscosmos cosmonaut, Hero of Russia Mikhail Kornienko, honey is a
great support for cosmonauts in orbit.
"Everyone knows and understands that it is the most useful product. In space it is twice as necessary - I confirm this, I flew for a year and a half - we use it there to the fullest. It is absolutely necessary product in a cosmonaut's diet," Mikhail Kornienko emphasized.
It should be reminded that the International RUSSIA EXPO is open from Tuesday through Sunday, Monday is a technical day. The best time to visit is in the mornings and on weekdays, but the exposition is open to everyone on weekends as well. All expositions and events are free of charge.
Every Monday, the National Centre RUSSIA holds a technical maintenance day.
