More than 100 exclusive tours by the National Centre RUSSIA were held in Moscow
The program of exclusive tours around Moscow, organized by the National Centre RUSSIA, has come to an end. In total, more than 100 tours were conducted across 19 unique routes dedicated to architecture, literature, cinema, science, and history. Additionally, during each tour, guides informed participants about the National Centre RUSSIA and invited them to visit the expositions opening on March 1 – "Journey Across Russia" and "The Birth of Scale."
The tours around Moscow, specifically developed by the guides of the National Centre, introduced participants to the rich historical and cultural legacy of Russia, always focusing on the human potential of our country.
Participants learned about the space legacy of VDNH, the history of Bolshaya Pirogovskaya Street, the mysteries of Kitai-gorod, the German market, and the Bauman campus. Guides from the National Centre spoke about writers, doctors, architects, pilots, and other prominent figures who left their mark on the history of Russia.
The routes included walks through boyar chambers and the churches of Varvarka, journeys to places that inspired film director Leonid Gaidai, studies of the evolution of capital architecture, and an exclusive program on five religions and their traditions. All tours were free of charge. The final tour took place on February 23 in GUM. Guests not only immersed themselves in the history of one of the capital's most iconic places but also took home souvenirs made by their own hands at a film platter painting workshop.
On March 1, the National Centre will launch the "Journey Across Russia" project. It will combine exposition and gastronomic spaces, rich cultural and educational programs, and much more. The exposition will showcase all the federal districts of the country with their attractions and achievements. Video content, infographics, decorations, photo zones, and VR technologies will allow guests to embark on a genuine journey across Russia.
Also, starting March 1, the architectural exposition "The Birth of Scale," dedicated to Russian architecture and urban planners, will open. The exposition will introduce visitors to the most striking, ambitious, and unusual architectural projects and concepts of the past and present.
