Brands from Mordovia will participate in the gastronomic festival "Tastes of Russia"

Agricultural producers from Mordovia will showcase their products at the gastronomic festival "Tastes of Russia" in Moscow. This year, the celebration of flavors will take place from July 6 to 14 at VDNH, in the area in front of the entrance. Products from over 300 farmers and producers from more than 70 regions of the country will be presented.

Seven producers from Mordovia will participate in the gastronomic festival. Among the products are natural apple pastila and meringues from AppLite; cheeses, yogurts, cottage cheese, sour cream and butter from Azorava & VelenCheese; the famous condensed milk from the Saransk Cannery. Entrepreneur Guzyal Ishalieva will treat visitors with makhan, and Ksenia Bikchurina will offer homemade cheeses: kachet, parmesan, mozzarella, burrata and gorgonzola.

The festival is organized by the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia in collaboration with the Moscow government. Visitors will have the opportunity not only to taste and purchase their favorite products but also to prepare traditional dishes of national cuisine themselves. Musical and dance groups from across the country will also present a rich concert program.
