New Year tree handicraft with elements of the Buryat ornament "ulzy" and the image of the Baikal seal in the decoupage technique. "Ulzy" ("weaving") is an ancient ornament symbolizing happiness, prosperity, longevity. This revered and widespread nowadays pattern has many variants, but the most common is the ten-eye knot. The toy can be decorated with beads, rhinestones and painted with acrylic paints. Visitors to the exposition will take home a gift made with their own hands and learn a lot of interesting things about the Republic of Buryatia.

A key chain in the shape of a Christmas tree will be a great souvenir for friends and relatives. At the masterclass children and adults will be able to use their imagination and paint a New Year decoration to their liking.

Painting sea pebbles with acrylic paints.
At the masterclass participants will practice working with acrylic paint and will be able to create a bright three-dimensional drawing on the stone which is laser engraved with the Smena brand. The finished work will become a great New Year souvenir or a talisman for loved ones.
