The series of exclusive guided tours by the National Centre RUSSIA has concluded: participants' feedback
The series of exclusive tours around Moscow, organized by the National Centre RUSSIA, has come to an end. In total, more than 100 tours were conducted along 19 unique routes designed by the centre’s guides. Many guests expressed their gratitude for the captivating journeys and requested more tours in the future.
"Everyone was deeply impressed. We would love to see more outdoor tours, especially when the weather gets warmer. We are also looking forward to the opening of new expositions at the National Centre — we will definitely visit," shared the participants of one of the tours.
Many attendees mentioned that they discovered familiar districts from a completely new perspective.
"Today, we took part in the tour 'My Timiryazevka: About the Academy Without Academism.' A well-known area revealed itself to us in a new light. The walk was easy and engaging, and we learned so much. Our guide, Olga, was an outstanding storyteller—she highlighted hidden details of historical buildings that we had never noticed before. Thank you for an exciting journey!" said the tour participants.
The tour participants also expressed their gratitude to the guides for their professionalism and engaging walks around the capital.
"A huge thank you to the National Centre and our wonderful guide, Maria Repina, for this tour. I always keep track of your excursions. We will definitely come again," shared a participant from Moscow.
One of the young attendees of the tour in GUM came specifically to share interesting information with his grandmother, who had previously worked in the shopping complex.
"My guests were fascinated by the history of GUM. One of the children joined the tour especially to tell his grandmother, who had worked here all her life as an accountant, something new about the place where she spent her career," said tour guide Yelena Usova.
Many visitors believe that the tours were valuable not only for adults but also for schoolchildren, helping them learn about achievements in science, history, and culture while inspiring them to study and develop further.
"All high school students should see what you are showing and telling, so they have the motivation to study well and get into a good university," noted one of the tour participants.
The author-led excursions covered topics such as architecture, literature, cinema, science, and history. Additionally, during each tour, guides introduced participants to the National Centre RUSSIA and invited them to visit the upcoming expositions opening on March 1 — "Journey Across Russia" and "The Birth of Scale."
