New interesting events for the whole family every day! On
July 2, the International RUSSIA EXPO will host sports, musical and educational
events, as well as meetings with interesting people.
Tourism Day in the regions of the Siberian Federal District
Throughout the day at the stand, you can get acquainted with
the tourist potential of the region, take part in masterclasses on making
dinosaurs, jewelry of the indigenous peoples of Kuzbass and creating paintings
on the mining theme.
The region will showcase opportunities for visitors to enjoy
skiing at the Sheregesh resort, educational tourism at the Shestakovo
paleontological complex, and patriotic tourism in Kemerovo, where a replica of
the Soviet War Memorial in Berlin is installed.
A famous
singer, representative of the highlanders, the indigenous people of Kuzbass,
Chyltys Tannagasheva — the first highland female singer who mastered the art of
throat singing — will perform for the guests.

The program includes: a drama masterclass, demonstration
performances by pupils of the Omsk Region Olympic reserve sports school for
rhythmic gymnastics, a masterclass in rhythmic gymnastics and a masterclass in

Tourism presentations in the regions of the Siberian Federal District
The tourist presentation will feature popular science routes
in the Novosibirsk region. During such a trip a tourist will see the nuclear
collider with their own eyes, extract DNA from a fruit with their own hands,
learn about scientific experiments that have been conducted by scientific
institutes for many years. There will also be a standup "Features of
National Paleo-fishing", during which a scientist-paleontologist will talk
how Novosibirsk paleontologists predict future finds of dinosaur remains. The
Irkutsk region will present industrial tourism projects, the Baikal-Alaska
park-hotel and new format tours around Baikal. The Altai region will make a
presentation "A is the Altai region" about the tourist and
recreational potential of the Altai region with drawings of tourist souvenirs
with the region's symbols.

Performance
of throat singing artists
The chamber
concert of famous masters of throat singing will be dedicated to their native
land — Sayano-Altai. The artists will demonstrate singing in various
styles accompanied by playing folk instruments: topshur, chatkhan, khomys.

"Opening Concert of the Festival of Russian Opera"
The Governor's Symphony Orchestra of the Irkutsk Regional
Philharmonic will present a concert program featuring soloists from opera
houses from different regions of Russia. The program of the concert in honor of
the festival opening will include arias and scenes from Tchaikovsky's operas
"Eugene Onegin", "The Maid of Orleans", "Queen of
Spades", Rimsky-Korsakov's "The Golden Cockerel", Glinka's
"Ivan Susanin", Borodin's "Prince Igor" and others.
The ideological inspirer of the festival is the artistic
director and chief conductor of the Governor's Symphony Orchestra, Merited Art
Worker of Russia Ilmar Lapins.

The spirit of the mighty land and the people living on it,
keepers of traditions and creators of new history will come alive in the
program of the renowned State Academic Omsk Russian Folk Choir. It is based on
the treasures of songs, dances, vocal and choreographic compositions, which,
like pearls, sparkle on stage. In them the collective will tell about everyday
life and holidays of Siberians.

"Development of Railroad Logistics in Russian
Regions" exposition
Visitors will learn about the specifics of freight
transportation by rail within Russia and to foreign countries, as well as about
transport and logistics services and solutions tailored to each region of the
Russian Federation.

Crafts and handicrafts of the Sverdlovsk region
The Sverdlovsk region invites guests to enlightening
masterclasses on sewing "Ural Domovenok" dolls and painting Tagil
trays. Together with the masters, guests will learn about the history of the
Sverdlovsk region through creativity and immerse themselves in the world of
crafts of the region.

Presentation of the "Merry Goat" festival
Nizhny Novgorod artists together with their Moscow
colleagues will introduce the audience to the genre "kapustnik" and
tell what it is and how "Merry Goat" ("Veselaya Koza" in
Russian) lives on the theatrical map of Russia.
During the presentation program the audience will see a
retrospective of the best numbers of the festival in recent years, will see
live musical and performance "kapustnik" numbers of Nizhny Novgorod
and Moscow actors, as well as performances by long-time members of the festival
jury: Sergei Plotov and Eduard Radzyukevich.

Performance "Creative Music of the Capital"
Moscow is the creative capital of Russia, helping designers,
film-makers, publishers and musicians realize their dreams. Moscow Production
Centre is engaged in search and promotion of talented young people. Martgorit,
a participant of Mosproducer's projects and music festivals, will perform for
the guests of the Exposition. Southern temperament, sensual accompaniment and
brilliant vocals.

The Farmers Fair in Pavilion No. 48 invites you to be amazed
by the variety and richness of tastes. Cheeses, sausages, delicacies, Siberian
berry jam, chocolate-covered cones, black and red caviar from all regions of
the country are presented here. You can comfortably get to our Fair by route
No. K, which departs from Pavilion No. 75, as well as from the stop
"Northern Loop", located at the arch of the Main Entrance of VDNH.
Pavilion No. 48 is within walking distance from the "City Farm" stop.
