Children and teenagers from all over the country performed at the "Wind Rose" art festival

On November 5, a grand concert-dedication "Wind Rose.Children.Russia" — a creative declaration of love for Russia by the laureates of the International Festival-Competition of Performing Arts "Wind Rose" — took place at the International RUSSIA EXPO.

The concert program unfolded on three venues at once. The Main street stage hosted the gala concert «Wind Rose — the Best», in which the best performers of the 29th season of the competition "Wind Rose" ("Rosa Vetrov") presented the visitors of the exposition with vibrant vocal numbers, poems, choreographic sketches and video installations based on the works of Russian artists. The VDNH House of Culture hosted a concert "Wind Rose — Russia’s Heritage" with awarding of the contest finalists and the best teachers dealing with gifted children. And in the evening in Pavilion No. 71 of the VDNH (pavilion of the Central Bank of Russia "Smart Finance") the guests of the exposition enjoyed instrumental classical music. The concert program featured young talents from almost all regions — from the Krasnoyarsk region and the Republic of Kalmykia to the Irkutsk region, North Ossetia and new regions of Russia.

"I still can’t realize the full scale and all the grandiosity of the RUSSIA EXPO, because there is a huge number of guests — both children and adults, and, of course, I want to see all the pavilions and achievements, I hope we will do it after the concert, and I think that realization will come only in a few days", -  Natalia Ryabova, Director General of the Children’s Charity Fund «Art Festival — Wind Rose", candidate of pedagogical sciences shared her impressions of the exposition.

For many years the Children’s Charity Fund "Art Festival — Wind Rose" has been looking for and supporting young talents from different regions of Russia, providing organizational and methodological assistance to teachers and mentors, helping to implement significant cultural, educational and social projects aimed at the creative development of the younger generation. The International RUSSIA EXPO is the most important achievements of the country gathered in one place. During the entire duration of the Exposition, guests will enjoy cultural and entertainment events, a rich business and educational program. Visitors will see expositions of all 89 regions of Russia, leading federal departments, corporations and public organizations. Representatives of federal authorities, major corporations and public associations will take part in the exposition. The International RUSSIA EXPO will last until April 12, 2024.
