"The state program, approved at the end of last year by the Russian Government Resolution No. 2255, includes a large number of activities. The program allocates about 900 billion rubles for their implementation. The goal of this program is to overcome the socio-economic lag of new regions, to achieve the level of average Russian indicators of the quality of life of Russian citizens, socio-economic development in general, as well as the creation of a favorable investment climate by 2030," said Magomed Tsechoev.

"We have a noble goal, and at the center of our goal is a person. The task set by Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin is very specific. By 2030, the standard of living in the new regions should reach the Russian average. The Territory Development Fund as the management company of the free economic zone is entrusted with a number of functions. Among them are investment attraction and infrastructure development. All this work is aimed at ensuring sustainable socio-economic development of the new entities, improving the level and quality of life of residents," said Ilshat Shagiakhmetov.
