Energy of the Future: Rosatom's exposition at the National Centre RUSSIA in Primorye
The Rosatom's exposition occupies a special area in the space of the branch of the National Centre RUSSIA in the Primorye region. It demonstrates that nuclear energy is not only about technology and numbers, but it is also a reliable foundation for the development of the Far East and the entire country.
The exposition immerses visitors in the atmosphere of high science. A perspective of the corporation's projects unfolds on a large multimedia screen: from nuclear power plants to icebreakers, from medicine of the future to space research. Nearby there are interactive panels where one can learn more about each of these directions, and light elements and dynamic graphics create a sense of moving forward. It feels as if a visitor finds themselves inside a stream of ideas and technologies that until recently seemed fantastic, but now are becoming a part of everyday life.
The exposition space will show the attendees how nuclear technologies are changing the quality of the urban environment for the better, and how they help healthcare and industrial medicine to detect and treat even the most serious diseases at an early stage.
Visitors will learn about the nuclear power plants that will be built in the Far East in the next 10 years. The first of them will be put into operation in the Primorye region, the expected time of launching is the year 2033-2035.
The construction of nuclear power plants will provide many jobs. One of Rosatom's interactive stands allows the guests to choose and try on a future profession.
The development of the region and the construction of nuclear power plants is impossible without an effective logistics chain. An important part of this work is performed by one of the oldest companies in the Far East, FESCO, a partner of Rosatom, which has a special place in the exposition. The visitors will learn about the logistics of the future, and how it will affect the urban infrastructure.
