Another fashionable destination on Moscow's map: a new Department Store opens at the National Centre RUSSIA
On 22 September, a new retail and exposition area of the flagship project, the Department Store, opened at the National Centre RUSSIA. The grand opening ceremony was attended by Natalia Virtuozova, Director General of the National Centre RUSSIA, as well as visitors and guests of the space. The retail-and-exposition area in the Western Foyer has become the second Department Store space at the National Centre RUSSIA. As in the first space, it features products from Russian manufacturers from different regions of the country, including Dulevo porcelain, items decorated with Khokhloma, Gzhel and Zhostovo painting, Yelets lace, natural cosmetics, healthy sweets and much more.
"We have opened a new space of our Department Store RUSSIA near the central entrance to the National Centre RUSSIA. We invite everyone to come and, of course, do some shopping. The Department Store has preserved its traditions: here you can find products that you will not see in any other shop. Traditional Russian crafts are popular both in Russia and abroad, and we have seen this for ourselves: the National Centre presented its flagship Department Store project at international trade fairs in India, China and Uzbekistan, as well as at the International Festival of Youth. And, of course, we are proud to say that clothing featuring quotes by our President Vladimir Putin is in demand everywhere. This shows that our country and our leader are highly respected around the world," said Natalia Virtuozova, Director General of the National Centre RUSSIA.
The new space also saw the presentation of the new autumn collection from the Department Store RUSSIA: colourful tableware and household items for cosy evenings, natural black caviar-based cosmetics, fragrances made using herbs from Altai, Crimea and Siberia, and much more. In the "Green Lounge", visitors can enjoy unique signature drinks.
"I want to buy everything — everything is so beautiful, and, most importantly, made with care and soul. For people interested in traditional fashion, and for all visitors to the space in general, this place will definitely be interesting, because it brings together some truly outstanding traditional Russian brands," said one of the Department Store's first guests, Mila Shilina, sharing her impressions.
Visitors can explore the details and discover the diversity of Russian crafts at the Department Store RUSSIA spaces in the Western Foyer and on the second floor of the National Centre RUSSIA from 10:00 to 20:00, Tuesday to Sunday.
