A press conference dedicated to the National Final of the IV All-Russian project-festival "Russian School Spring", which will take place in Stavropol from 15 to 20 May, was held in the "Space of Opportunities" Conference Hall at the National Centre RUSSIA. It is a real contribution to shaping a modern creative elite that will ensure the development of national culture and the arts in the coming decades,” said Hero of Russia, Chairman of the Board of the Movement of the First, Artur Orlov.
