A giant cake weighing 45 kg will be cooked at the exposition during the festival "Russia — Territory of Taste". Guests will be able to taste the specialty of the Tomsk region.

An interesting master class is planned for November 18 at the exposition. Confectioner Anastasia Charkova will prepare a honey cake with cedar grillage, honeysuckle confit and custard based on willow-tea before the guests’ eyes. This tasty and unusual dessert has long been a specialty of the Tomsk region. Sweet "Tomsk" weighing 45 kg and with a diameter of one and a half meters will be offered to the guests of the exposition.

In addition, treats from all over the country are waiting for guests at the fair, where farmers will sell their best products: cheese, honey, sausages and much more.

The International RUSSIA EXPO will be held in Moscow at the VDNH territory from November 4, 2023 to April 12, 2024. Each region of the Russian Federation will present its stand, where it will introduce visitors to the key achievements in various industries. Federal authorities, representatives of large corporations, public associations and foreign countries will also take part in the exposition.
