The contest "Childhood is a Small Life", dedicated to the Year of the Family declared by the President, gathered over 17,000 photographs from 80 regions of Russia, including the Amur region.

As part of the Year of the Family declared by the President, a photo contest titled "Childhood is a Small Life" was held. Creative residents of the Amur region actively submitted their works, and this effort has truly paid off.

The largest number of winners are from the Amur region. Out of the total 130 winners from 41 regions across the country, 25 works belong to Amur residents. The achievements of the talented residents of the region do not end there. Currently, 20 photographs are on display in Moscow at the Mitino Landscape Park (near Volokolamskaya metro station), including 3 by Amur residents. The creators have managed to convey joy, warmth of parental love, and childlike carefreeness in their works. The exposition will run until June 15.

"Family is the most important thing in anyone's life. Caring for and loving our children is the primary duty of parents. The photographs submitted by Amur residents to the contest truly reflect its title, that childhood is a small life. It is very important to capture such moments that will later become memories. Amur residents have excellently conveyed the atmosphere of childhood," said Natalya Kiseleva, Minister of Social Protection of the Amur region.

All 130 winning works, including 25 by Amur residents, will be showcased at the Forum of Large Families on July 4–5 on digital stands. The forum will be held at the RUSSIA EXPO at VDNH.
