Partying with "Roundelays of Russia" - april 21 at the exposition
Real folk festivals with songs, round dances and games - on April 21, guests of the RUSSIA EXPO will see a large wall roundelay, which will start its movement from the Central Entrance to VDNH and go along the Main Alley to the square near the "Friendship of Peoples" fountain.
Next to the stage on the square, there will be ancient ornamental and game roundelays from different regions of Russia: "The man plowed the vegetable garden", "I'll start a crooked dance", "My grey spleen", "On the mountain there is a guelder rose", "Jackdaws came to us", "And we sowed flax", "Along the sea", "Weave wattle".
The "Roundelays of Russia" team will be represented by the Moscow city creative collective folklore ensemble "Ros" and folk song ensemble "Pervotsvet" of the Prokofiev Moscow State Music College.
