taste sausages and dried meat according to classic Italian and Spanish recipes,
as well as wild fish, wild boar, bear and even ostrich.
In the ecologically clean Gdovskiy district of the Pskov
region, for several years now, unique products have been produced exclusively
by hand: dry-cured, cooked-smoked and baked meat delicacies, as well as
semi-finished meat products. Especially popular for the brand are meat and
sausages produced according to traditional Italian and Spanish recipes: coppa,
bresaola, fuet, chorizo, salami Milano. Pork dry-cured sausages based on
Italian technology will be presented by another Russian brand from the Vladimir
region. There are different types of salami in the assortment: Montagna,
Campagnolo, with hot pepper, with truffle.
For those who want to try unusual types of meat and enjoy
the taste of real game, a participant from the Moscow region will bring their
product. The Exposition guests have long appreciated the delicacies of horse
meat, lamb, elk, venison, beaver, wild boar, bear, grouse, wild goose and duck,
partridge, roe deer, maral, quail, turkey, pheasant, rabbit, hare and ostrich.
Such meat is almost impossible to buy in an ordinary store. It is an
exceptional game, which can only be beaten by professional hunters, and now the
visitors of the Farmers Fair.
Fish lovers will not be disappointed either. A brand from
the Yaroslavl region will present products from the hereditary master of
smoke-making Igor Tsygankov. Igor works exclusively with fish from the wild.
For him it is the law. Smoking is natural on cherry wood chips. The flavor of
the product is exceptional, and due to traditional smoking, all the benefits of
wild fish are preserved.
