A lot of surprises are waiting for guests of the RUSSIA EXPO in Pavilion No. 48 this week. These are Kamchatka seafood and meat delicacies, sweets made of pine nuts and wild berries and, of course, delicious author's cheeses.

The Vladimir region will again delight with its products and will bring cheeses with white and blue mold from cow, goat and sheep milk.

All products are manufactured not on cheese, but on yogurt cultures with the addition of probiotics. Yogurt cultures cheeses are better and longer stored, and they can withstand temperature fluctuations more easily. In addition, this technology allows to produce cheeses from whole fat milk without flaws in flavor and consistency.

Yogurt cheeses will please with a delicate creamy flavor and creamier texture, and some varieties of cheese can even be spread like butter. And the most important benefit of yogurt cultures with probiotics is the restoration of stomach function and beneficial effect on sleep and nervous system.

Sevostopol cheeses made from natural Crimean milk will be available to visitors again. The brand's assortment includes caciotta in a honey and coffee crust with a milky and creamy flavor with a honey tinge and a slight aroma of coffee. Another hit is Weinkase, a soft white mold cheese aged in red dry wine. It is brewed from full fat milk with a sweetish flavor. The wine gives it not only an unusual "marbled" color, but also a characteristic fruity taste with a slight acidity. The combination of wine and noble mold gives birth to the aroma of autumn forest after rain.

It will also be possible to taste Tête de Moine - it is a rather rare and expensive Swiss semi-hard cheese made of cow's milk, which is produced in small barrel-heads, weighing no more than 900g. Tête de Moine has a surprisingly delicate texture and a piquant unique flavor. It has a firm crust and a homogeneous mass of yellow color. For serving, the cheese is not sliced, but the finest shavings are removed from it.

But the main pride of the brand is Krymier cheese. It is aged from 1 to 3 years, has a rich aroma and a rich aftertaste of nuts and meadow flowers. In maturity it becomes brighter and acquires noble notes of spices.
