YAMAL
Yamal is a
land of pristine nature: full-flowing rivers, clear lakes and harsh climate. If
you won't be able to visit this magical world in the near future, you should
definitely enjoy local cuisine at VDNH.
At the food
truck you can try juicy Yamalburger and venison kebabs, delicious dishes from
northern fish. But leave room for sweets: delicate dessert Northern Lights and
tea with cloudberry will guarantee you a great deal of
enjoyment.

To visit
St. Petersburg and not treat yourself to legendary pyshki donuts? It is
impossible to imagine such a thing. However, now you do not have to go to the
Northern Capital for sweets. You can appreciate real Leningrad donuts, with
many flavors, at the exposition. You just have to choose: almonds, chocolate or
ripe raspberries. Or maybe cream cheese and salted caramel?
The pyshki donuts will be even tastier with a drink, and again the choice is for every palate: fragrant tea and coffee, non-alcoholic mulled wine and specialty cocoa will help you warm up. And for those who are not afraid of cold, they serve milkshakes.

The
exposition also takes care of those who do not eat meat. The food truck of the
Vladimir region offers dishes from products of the new vegetable line of the
brand Goryachaya Shtuchka (Hot Thing). Even an avid meat eater will not
distinguish chebureks, nuggets and burgers from the real ones. And vegetable
protein satiates no worse than animal one. In addition, such "meat"
is rich in vitamin E, useful acids OMEGA-3 and OMEGA-6. And natural spices and
herbs give it a consistent flavor.
Children will surely appreciate the dessert pastry with a lot of juicy filling of natural cherries, apples or pears in rich golden dough.
GAZPROM
Every driver knows that while Gazprom Neft employees are refueling their car, they can refuel themselves at the company café. At the exposition, Gazprom's bright orange food truck is also ready to help hungry travelers. If you intend to eat in earnest, just grab a famous local burger — it is big and very juicy. The patties are made from prime beef in an oven without the use of oil. The thickness of the bun is calibrated, and the ingredients for the toppings are grown in local farms.
The drinks here are also fine: you can warm up with aromatic coffee, non-alcoholic mulled wine, berry tea or the coziest drink in the world - hot chocolate with marshmallows.
