A raffle for an apartment in St. Petersburg was held at the
RUSSIA EXPO among families with many children from all over the country. The
event was organized by the St. Petersburg Construction Committee and one of the
largest Russian developers, the Samolet Group. To participate in the drawing it
was necessary to present a document confirming the presence of three or more
children in the family.
The winner was the Yermolaev family from Dolgoprudny (Moscow
region). They received a certificate for a one-room apartment in the Nevskaya
Dolina residential complex, a project of Samolet Group in Vsevolozhskiy
district of St. Petersburg. The house is scheduled to be commissioned and the
keys handed over to the winner in March 2026.
"I am very happy. We live in the Moscow suburbs, but we
will definitely find a use for the apartment. My daughter is 23 years old, she
dreamed of living in St. Petersburg. I am very grateful to my friend Marina,
who encouraged me to take part in the contest," said Natalia Yermolaeva, a
mother of three children.
She also gave high praise to the Exposition:
"Everything here is very interesting and very informative. Our whole
family liked the Exposition".
