Technology not only assists in development but also helps shape new relationships between countries. This was stated at the II Open Dialogue at the National Centre RUSSIA by the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office and Deputy Chairman of the National Centre RUSSIA Organising Committee, Maxim Oreshkin.

"Russia is a leading country in a number of areas in terms of developing digital platform solutions. Our approach is one of joint development. When Russian digital platforms enter the markets of other countries, they do so alongside data localisation, the involvement of local partners, people's training, and the creation of their own competencies in platform solution development. Russia comes to develop together, not to collect a colonial tribute from countries that lack access to technological solutions. We are for developing together," said Maxim Oreshkin.

The Open Dialogue "The Future of the World. A New Platform for Global Growth" is an international event initiated by the National Centre RUSSIA in partnership with the Centre for Cross-Industry Expertise "Third Rome", with the support of the Presidential Executive Office of the Russian Federation. By decision of the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, it has become an annual event.

This year, authors from 98 countries submitted 1,638 essays for participation in the II Open Dialogue. 102 authors from 43 countries advanced to the in-person stage. In their works, the essayists raise pressing topics such as the impact of artificial intelligence on humans and the future of professions, demographic challenges, digital equality, the development of the education system, and others.
