The "Eat Our Own!" exposition dedicated to the achievements of the Russian agricultural industry, has been updated and has become even more interesting and educational!

Starting from January 16, Novo-Prostokvashino (Pavilion R, territory of the city farm) will host free masterclasses and lectures on more than ten topics every day.

Guests can learn how to make dumplings, cook bread, cheese, pickles and traditional Russian drinks, fry kebabs, felt wool, make candies and even natural cosmetics. Here you can also attend educational lectures, for example, about wild plants and fishing, or go to a Russian tea ceremony, where they will talk about the traditions of tea drinking and the peculiarities of preparing this drink.

Also, in Novo-Prostokvashino you can try on the role of a tractor and combine driver in special simulators, visit a farm with deer, cows, sheep and other animals, or try delicious puffs, donuts and other treats at special prices.

In addition, as part of the "Eat Our Own!" exposition the multimedia exposition "The Path of Grain" was opened in Pavilion No. 51. It is dedicated to the selection and production of grains, the main types of grain grown in Russia and its supplies to many countries around the world. Here, for instance, you can find yourself in the middle of an endless wheat field or see a detailed interactive model of a grain terminal. On the second floor of the pavilion there are two tasting rooms – fish and meat ones. All dishes are prepared exclusively from Russian products!
