Participants of the Children's Song Competition "Our Generation" officially named at RUSSIA EXPO
The
International Televised Children’s Song Competition "Our Generation"
has been officially opened. Its participants from different countries were
introduced at the VDNH, the draw was held and the order of their performances
in the final of the project was announced.
The participants were given a tour of Moscow. Children and teenagers saw the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, Zaryadye Park, embankments, the Kremlin and other important places of the capital. The children shared their emotions and told how they liked Russia.
"Russia
is a wonderful, amazing country. Russians have a big and beautiful soul.
Despite the differences, for example, in the traffic direction, there are no
barriers to friendship between our peoples," - said the representative of
South Africa Tsepan Mpo Monare.
The songs of the contestants are dedicated to different things, some sing about love, others - about optimism, kindness and the ability to enjoy the moment. Our country is represented by Idar Kotsev with the song "You are with me". As a result of the draw, Yichun Wang from the People's Republic of China will be the first to perform in the final of the contest on November 18 with the song "Hope in Motion", and the last one will be Nomundar Ganzorig from Mongolia with the song "Dance".
The final will take place in the concert hall
" Moscow" of the amusement park "Dream Island", it will be
broadcasted by NTV. The ceremony will be held by TV and radio host Lera
Kudryavtseva, singer Vyacheslav Makarov and young presenter Margo Shvedova.
Dima Bilan and Zivert will become special guests of the show. Meanwhile, the
contestants will be actively preparing for the final of the project.
It should
be reminded that the International RUSSIA EXPO is held from November 4 to April
12 on the territory of VDNH. It is attended by the subjects of the Russian
Federation, federal executive authorities, corporations, public organizations -
they will present the main achievements of the country in various spheres.
The award ceremony for the gold medallists of the ninth season of the All-Russian Student Olympiad "I Am a Professional" was held at the National Centre RUSSIA.
The brand mark of the Republic of Karelia was inspired by an ancient image of skiers from the Belomorsk petroglyphs.
On Family, Love and Fidelity Day, 8 July, the National Centre RUSSIA branch in the Primorye Territory will join the events of the III All-Russian Wedding Festival in Moscow.
