He transfers requests to the control room, connects to an operator if necessary, and also informs about accidents and deadlines for their repair. After the problem is solved, Zhenya will notify the resident and clarify whether he or she is satisfied with the contractor's work.
However, the exhibit presented at the RUSSIA EXPO can easily support a conversation, tell about himself, the Regional Management Center and achievements in the housing and utilities sector of the Moscow region, answer all questions about appeals on the Dobrodel portal and even recite a poem.
