The National Centre RUSSIA strengthens its position in the country's cultural agenda
Anastasia Zvyagina, Deputy Director General of the National Centre RUSSIA, has been elected Deputy Chair of the Public Council under the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. This appointment will strengthen the role of the National Centre RUSSIA in shaping the country's cultural agenda, expand cooperation with the professional community and create new opportunities for implementing projects aimed at preserving and promoting the nation's cultural legacy.
The National Centre RUSSIA was established by order of the President of the Russian Federation to preserve the legacy of the International RUSSIA EXPO, showcase the achievements of the country and its citizens, and strengthen national identity through educational, enlightenment and cultural projects. Today, the venue is one of the country's key platforms for hosting major cultural events of federal significance.
The National Centre RUSSIA hosts multi-genre productions such as "Morozko", "Russian Seasons" and "Soldiers' Dreams", as well as the All-Russian Wedding Festival. It also delivers large-scale exposition projects, including the "Journey Across Russia" exposition, which introduces visitors to the natural, cultural and historical wealth of all regions of the country.
Ivan Rudin, Director General of the Zaryadye Moscow Concert Hall, was elected Chair of the Public Council under the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. Roman Karmanov, Director General of the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives, was elected Deputy Chair.
