The best essays in the "Investments in Technology" track have been announced as part of the Open Dialogue "The Future of the World. New Platform for Global Growth"
The Open Dialogue "The Future of the World. New Platform for Global Growth" continues at the National Centre RUSSIA. One of the key topics was "Investments in Technology," which attracted 22% of the participants. As part of this topic, expert pitch sessions were held, focusing on the development of technologies, energy, artificial intelligence, and digital solutions.
Professor of the Brussels Management School ICHEC Saad Sed, speaking at the session, emphasized the importance of discussing these areas.
"Technologies, trade, artificial intelligence – all of these are critically important for Russia and for global development, especially within BRICS. Artificial intelligence has become a part of economic growth. I see that entrepreneurship in the field of digital technologies is already actively developing in Russia, and it can serve as an example for other countries. I am glad to be here in Moscow and to discuss the future of technologies," said Saad Sed.
Thiago Rudiger, CEO of the Tanssi Foundation (Brazil), also shared his opinion, highlighting the importance of dialogue for global technological cooperation.
"The Open Dialogue is an important platform, especially for BRICS countries, where we can discuss prospects for cooperation and technological initiatives. It is an opportunity to establish contacts with new experts, exchange experience, and find ways for joint development, including in Latin America and other regions," said Thiago Rudiger.
Speaking at the pitch session on the topic "Investments in Technology," Hugo Mathecowitsch, founder of the organization Tools for the Commons (Brazil), emphasized the importance of international cooperation and noted the high level of technological expertise presented in Russia.
"We are very glad that representatives from many countries — both large and small — have gathered here to share experiences and opinions. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn from each other and build cooperation. I am impressed by the level of technologies and technical knowledge that Russia possesses. I am confident that they will play an important role in the future. Thank you for organizing such an Open Dialogue and for the warm welcome," said Hugo Mathecowitsch.
Following the results of the pitch sessions on the first day of the Open Dialogue, participants whose ideas in the field of investment in technologies received the highest expert evaluations were selected. They have been invited to take part in the panel pitching session on April 29.
Among the top essayists are: Nailya Mekhrabova (Azerbaijan), member of the Supervisory Board of Azersun Holding; Vladimir Chuprov (Russia), Executive Director of the project "The Earth Concerns Everyone;" Debjit Chakraborty (India), representative of the Chamber for Indo-Russian Technological Cooperation; Gaurava Mahajan (India), Partner at the law firm Precept; Yevgeny Osadchuk (Russia), Deputy Director for Digital Technologies at the ANO "Digital Economy;" Michael Bernard Mwidete (Tanzania), student of the National Institute of Transport.
