The National Centre RUSSIA invites couples to unite their destinies at the III All-Russian Wedding Festival
Applications have opened on the website of the National
Centre RUSSIA for participation in the III All-Russian Wedding Festival
"Russia. Uniting Hearts", which will take place on 8 and 9 July. One
of the main events — a simultaneous ceremonial marriage registration on the Day
of Family, Love and Fidelity — will bring together couples from all federal
districts of the country. The theme of the festival, "United in
Love", reflects the unity of hearts, cultures, traditions and values. The
first applications from couples have already been received, said Deputy
Director General of the National Centre RUSSIA, Anastasia Zvyagina.
"Registration for the festival has only just opened,
and we have already received the first applications from couples in love. One
particularly touching submission came from Vyacheslav and Anastasia from Kaluga
— last year, the groom’s parents were married at our festival. In this way, the
All-Russian Wedding Festival "Russia. Uniting Hearts" brings together
entire generations and establishes new family traditions. Employees of the
National Centre also marry at the event — sometimes couples form right within
the team itself. We support those who wish to start a family and invite
newlyweds from across Russia to join this celebration of love," said
Anastasia Zvyagina.
Among the first applicants are Vyacheslav Dronov and
Anastasia Isakova from Kaluga. They met as schoolchildren, and the idea of
getting married at the festival was suggested by the groom’s parents, who found
family happiness during the II All-Russian Wedding Festival.
"Our three children attended the wedding ceremony at
the National Centre RUSSIA last year. Vyacheslav was so inspired by the
atmosphere of the celebration that he decided to get married at the festival
himself and convinced his fiancée. For my husband and me, the festival has
become the main family celebration alongside the anniversary of our church
wedding. We still remember how beautiful, stylish and well organised it was. We
are happy to have experienced such an unusual celebration — it will be
something to tell our grandchildren! A part of the flame of the All-Russian
Family Hearth "Heart of Russia" now holds a central place in our
living room. After the wedding, we lit it again on the anniversary of our church
wedding. I believe this will become a family tradition," said the groom’s
mother, Tatyana Dronova.
The groom’s father, Dmitry Dronov, added: "The wedding
festival at the National Centre RUSSIA is a major and vibrant event that
elevates the marriage ceremony to a new level. It is a wonderful start to
family life, and I am not surprised that our son chose to follow our example.
The transfer of the flame of the All-Russian Family Hearth "Heart of
Russia" is a wonderful tradition. I would like to share a part of it with
all our children when they decide to start their own families."
The young sweethearts — Vyacheslav Dronov and Anastasia
Isakova — both grew up in large families and consider this experience a strong
foundation for their future family life.
"My parents always stood by each other, showing me what
true family love means. As I create a new family, I will carry forward
everything good that my family has given me — and there is so much of it,"
said Vyacheslav.
Anastasia shared that her confidence in a happy future with
her partner comes from the example set by her family: "Looking at my
family, I want mine to have just as much love, support and opportunity. For
some, marriage and children may seem difficult and demanding, but I sincerely
believe that family is happiness. My husband-to-be is my support and
protection; he is the dearest person to me."
On the first day of the festival at the National Centre
RUSSIA, 8 July, the main event will be a simultaneous ceremonial marriage
registration for couples from across the country. The celebration will also
feature the transfer of the flame of the All-Russian Family Hearth "Heart
of Russia". From couples married at previous festivals, the newlyweds will
receive a part of the flame brought from Murom, where the patron saints of
marriage, Peter and Fevronia, lived. On the second day of the festival,
lectures, master classes, gastronomic shows and guided tours of the National
Centre RUSSIA expositions — "Journey across Russia" and
"Geography Lessons" — will be held for couples, their guests and all
those interested in wedding themes.
Applications for participation in the III All-Russian
Wedding Festival opened on 21 April at 00:00 Moscow time. An important
admission requirement for couples is the inclusion of elements of national
costume in their wedding attire. The event will bring together couples from
different peoples, thus showcasing the country’s cultural diversity and unity
of feelings in a single space. Applications will be accepted until 22 May.
The I All-Russian Wedding Festival took place in 2024 as
part of the International RUSSIA EXPO, where 221 couples were married. In 2025,
the event was held at the National Centre RUSSIA, resulting in the creation of
206 new families. The festival has become an annual event and will be held each
year on the feast day of Saints Peter and Fevronia.
From 27 to 29 April, the National Centre RUSSIA will host the II Open Dialogue "The Future of the World. A New Platform for Global Growth".
At the trade fair "INNOPROM. Central Asia", the dialogue of cultures is becoming increasingly visible, expanding in scale and resonating with new audiences.
A master meeting with Konstantin Pridybaylo was held as part of the Young Journalists School project at the National Centre RUSSIA.
