Not just art, but food for thought: guest impressions of the art exposition at the National Centre RUSSIA
The "Legacy for the Future" exposition is not just
about vibrant paintings, authentic sculptures, and creative installations, but
also food for thought to reflect on the past, present, and future of humanity.
This is noted by visitors to the National Centre RUSSIA from across the
country.
"The
paintings by contemporary artists are fascinating. They tell us about
various human challenges and offer different perspectives on situations. It’s
hard to pick a favorite piece — each one reveals so many bright facets of life.
I’d like to encourage every visitor to delve deeply into the details of the
creative works on display at this exposition," said Tatyana, who traveled
to Moscow from the village of Srostki in the Altai region.
Alena from
St. Petersburg noted that the exposition gave her a fresh perspective on her
professional life.
"I
work in a maternity hospital, and thanks to this exposition, I’ve started attributing
greater significance and meaning to my work. Now, I hope the children
I’ve helped bring into the world will grow up to be as active, intelligent, and
promising as the young artists whose works are exhibited here. I leave with a
smile on my face," the guest from Russia's northern capital admitted.
Valentina
from Krasnoyarsk believes that the paintings on display leave a lasting mark on
every visitor’s heart.
"The
paintings touched my soul, and I long for more," shared the resident of
one of the country’s largest cities.
"The
exposition 'Legacy for the Future' is the most wonderful thing I’ve seen
recently. Our future generations truly have a worthy legacy,"
concluded Muscovite Maria Danilova with emotion.
The
"Legacy for the Future" exposition is a large-scale project by the
National Centre RUSSIA, promoting the idea of a multicultural dialogue about
the world's future, with humanity as its core.
The
exposition presents more than 250 works by young artists from six countries:
Russia, China, India, Brazil, Ethiopia, and Iran. Through their art,
these creators offer personal responses to contemporary challenges, reflect on
the present, and contemplate the future.
The
"Legacy for the Future" exposition at the National Centre RUSSIA will
remain open until February 2025.
The National Centre RUSSIA operates from Tuesday to Sunday,
from 10:00 to 22:00.
It became the first event of the new project
"Masterpieces. The Best of Russia" by the National Centre RUSSIA.
The
performance is based on documentary monologues of women whose stories inspire
and deeply move the soul.
