Neural network shows the past, present and future of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area
The largest
investment projects, resettlement from emergency housing, northern lights and
famous athletes. The Day of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area was held at the
International RUSSIA EXPO.
In five
years, 28 kindergartens have been built in the region. The YNAA also introduced
the country's biggest regional maternity capital for the birth of a third child
- 500 thousand rubles. Nomadic mothers are delivered to maternity hospitals in
advance by air ambulance.
The
Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area continues to implement the largest investment
projects. For example, the first stage of the Arctic LNG 2 plant on the Gydan
Peninsula is being prepared for launch, the field Kharasavey gas field is being
developed, and much more.
"We
plan to resettle a million square kilometers, 20 thousand families - this is
the task for five years, and it will be solved. The development of
infrastructure in the North is impossible without accessibility: the Purov
bridge, which we have been waiting for 40 years, is now in operation, cars are traveling
across it. And, of course, the main gift for Novy Urengoy residents in the year
of the civil aviation centenary is the launch of a beautiful new airport, which
today welcomes all guests of our gas capital", - said Dmitry Artyukhov, Head
of the region.
At the
exposition, Yamal's interactive stand is made as a model of the planet Earth,
which warms with heat. The neural network shows guests the present, immerses
them in the past and allows them to look into the future of the region.
Visitors were able to communicate with famous athletes, appreciate the creativity of folk performers and even see the northern lights and the beauty of the region from a bird's eye view. The Day of the Region is also brightened up by a wedding ceremony.
It should be reminded that the RUSSIA EXPO is open from Tuesday through Sunday, Monday is a technical day. The best time to visit is in the mornings and on weekdays, but the exposition is open to everyone on weekends as well. All expositions and events are free of charge.
The National Centre RUSSIA will host the All-Russian Meeting, bringing together leaders of 85 regional branches of Russian Student Brigades.
