Fun makeup, Buryat dances and secrets of good mood: a perfect start to the week at the RUSSIA EXPO
On Tuesday, April 2, guests of the Exposition will find a
lot of activities useful for body and soul. Specialists will tell you how to
improve your mood with the help of simple methods, what exercises and diets
help to keep healthy, and will also hold a free photo shoot for guests, while
ladies will be taught the subtleties of makeup.
MASTERCLASS "FUN MAKEUP" 12+
Participants of the masterclass will learn how to create
their own unique makeup. After all, it is not just the application of colors on
the face, but self-expression and individuality, as well as a great way to
raise your mood and gain confidence. At the masterclass guests will be able to
experiment with colors, textures and shapes, create their own makeup with a
twist and express themselves in a unique way. Eye shadow, face paint, and
colorful rhinestones will add to the festive mood.

MASTERCLASS "HEALTHY BODY - HEALTHY ME" 6+
The traditional Buryat circular dance "Yokhor" not
only reflects the cultural traditions of ancestors, but is also an excellent
physical activity: versatile and intense. Dances help to train the respiratory,
cardiovascular system, improve blood circulation, coordination of movements and
strengthen the musculoskeletal system. They also help stabilize the
psycho-emotional sphere, relax the nervous system, relieve stress and are an
excellent cardio workout.

SPECIAL ROUTE VDNH STORIES 6+
Special Route VDNH Stories excursion is a unique opportunity
to walk around the territory of VDNH in the company of a professional
photographer. Learn to make beautiful photos in the most interesting locations
and become real fashion models yourself. During the excursion you will learn
how to pose in front of the camera, what angles are the best, how to choose the
right clothes for shooting, and what props will make your photo unusual and
memorable. Each participant will receive photos for free.

A lecture on bread production and the principles of healthy
eating. Experts will tell why it is important to choose healthy products and
how they affect the body, introduce new technologies and methods in bread
production.

Here guests will learn various techniques and methods that
help to improve mood and make life happier and more harmonious. Participants

comfortable. In addition, the guests will be offered practical tasks that will
help them to reinforce the acquired knowledge and skills.
