TRAVEL SHOW "LET'S SEE" 12+
At the exposition of the Russian Geographical Society in Pavilion C you can watch the tourist show "Let's See", dedicated to traveling in the Republic of Bashkortostan. Special attention is paid to family trips. After all, the author of the show Svetlana Lobanova is a blogger and mother of two daughters. In each episode, the Lobanov family explores a new region of the Republic.
For example, in Salavatsky district you can see the mineral spring Kurgazak and geopark "Yangan-Tau" - a complex of objects of geological, biological, historical and cultural heritage. And Burzyansky district will open to the audience the famous Kapova cave, Shulgan-Tash, with its rock paintings. In Gafuriysky district you can visit a farm with ostriches, which will not leave little travelers indifferent.

Pavilion D offers a daily excursion "Feel Russia". This is a unique chance to discover the secrets of all 89 regions, learn about the brightest tourist experiences and come up with a route for a trip around the country. Here you will find out where to go if you want to see an incredible bride race or take a dog sled ride, where you can fly over active volcanoes and where the country's only retro train will take you.
At each exposition there are special windows, which hide different tourist impressions behind them. You can choose something unusual for yourself. For example, to go in search of the mysterious Russian Atlantis. Also, on the excursion guests will learn what smells are inherent in certain regions. For example, why Kaliningrad smells like marzipan and the Far East smells like sea cabbage.
GRIGORY AND ALEXANDRA POTANIN. LOVE AND LIFE ON THE ROAD
For travelers who are interested in history, Pavilion C hosts a daily screening of a documentary about the lives of Russian explorers and travelers Grigory and Alexandra Potanin. Grigory Potanin - the greatest explorer of Asia of the XIX century, who was one of the first researchers to study the ethnography of Asian peoples, explored unknown regions of Central Asia, Tibet, Mongolia, Uriankhai region, Altai, Tian Shan.
Alexandra Potanina was always by her husband's side. She left behind valuable essays on the family structure of Asian peoples, on the role of women in the family, on the upbringing of children. For Grigory Potanin, Alexandra became a wife and a muse of distant travels, and he opened for her the way to science, which she had dreamed of since her youth.
