The interactive session titled "Rospatriotcentre of Rosmolodezh: An Honest Conversation" took place on 8 December at the National Centre RUSSIA. The event was part of the programme of the All-Russian Patriotic Forum — a key event in the field of patriotic education. Representatives of Rospatriotcentre reviewed the year's results, shared key achievements, and outlined plans for the future.

The Head of Rospatriotcentre, Yelena Belikova, spoke about the scale of the organisation's work: over the year, more than 70 major events were held across 34 regions, bringing together over 280,000 participants. She highlighted strategic directions where significant results had been achieved, and outlined future goals.

"Since the beginning of the year, we have woven a single patriotic thread through all our programmes, making them modern and appealing to young people. It is gratifying that this year we progressed into developing online products, methodologies, and high-quality patriotic content. We pay special attention to our defenders: we not only provide humanitarian aid but also create opportunities for their education and retraining to return to peaceful life," said Yelena Belikova.

Speaking about challenges, the Head of Rospatriotcentre identified personnel training as the number one task: "It is important for us to finalise the technical platform so that specialists from across the country can receive state-standard certificates of advanced training under our programmes, which are designed by good and worthy specialists. I believe that personnel training at the state level is the primary problem and task."

Deputy Director of Rospatriotcentre Dmitry Stepyko spoke about flagship educational projects that use modern technologies for youth development. For instance, with the support of the Persona company, a neuroprofiling programme has been launched. The project was created using the digital AI platform called "NeuroCareerGuidance," which analyses over 128 parameters of the personality: talents, skills, behavioural models, and then identifies adolescents' inclinations — including from the perspective of assisting in organising patriotic events. Another important project, "Vector of Success," is an additional general developmental programme of socio-humanitarian orientation for adolescents.

Assistant to the Director of Rospatriotcentre and a participant in the special military operation, Alias Avidzba, emphasised the involvement of over 1,800 participants and veterans of the special military operation in projects and the importance of assisting in their employment. He expressed his gratitude to the forum's audience.

"If previously many people hesitated when asked 'Do you consider yourself a patriot?', today most not only answer immediately, but can also explain why. And this is also your merit. We serve our country, and I am grateful to everyone who has been by our side. In this hall, the audience is present which has made its most important choice. Together we are shaping the agenda for tomorrow," concluded Alias Avidzba.
