"Open Dialogue opens eyes to new paths of development," says Chinese essayist Weilan Xu
Open Dialogue helps countries understand each other better, jointly develop solutions, and use these ideas for the development of both Russia and other nations. This was stated by Weilan Xu, Professor and Associate Dean of Qiqihar Medical University, from China.
"Open Dialogue at the National Centre RUSSIA is an excellent opportunity to open one's eyes, change international perceptions of one another, and find balanced solutions together to move forward for the prosperous future of our countries and the entire world. Representatives of different views gather here, which allows for open communication and the development of joint initiatives. These discussions are aimed not only at Russia's development but also provide an opportunity to take the ideas gained back with us to apply them to improve the situation in our own countries. I believe that together we can become better," said Weilan Xu.
An important feature of the II Open Dialogue was the principle of continuity. Essayists from previous years acted as experts and jury members, forming an intellectual community where ideas do not remain in narrow circles but become the subject of public discussion.
