The All-Russian Family Forum Dear – Loved Ones is taking place at the International RUSSIA EXPO. More than 1000 people from all corners of the country took part in the grand event: professional dynasties, families with many children, families of the participants of the SMO, as well as heroes of Russia. The teaching dynasty of the Bichevins from the Irkutsk region also became guests of the forum.

Spouses Natalia and Vladimir Bichevins have been married for 26 years. They came to the forum together with their nine children. The large family is sure that this is a great opportunity not only to show their own talents, but also to learn something new from the many guests of the forum.

"The Dear – Loved Ones forum is really a unique platform, as here you can see families from different regions of Russia, get acquainted with their culture, and at the same time share your own skills, experience and professional secrets," said Natalia Bichevina.

Natalia and her husband Vladimir deliberately chose teaching as their career path. Along with raising their children, Natalia never stopped studying. Today she has two higher education degrees. She mastered the specialties "elementary school teacher" and "psychologist". For a long time she worked in a remedial school. And her husband Vladimir became a teacher of handicraft studies.

"You know, the profession of a teacher helps a lot in bringing up children. After all, we know how to behave with children, and at the same time, how to keep them busy. It is much easier to manage the household when everyone knows where their area of responsibility is. Our family does not tolerate idleness, each of us always has something to do, and in their spare time the boys like to do woodwork with their father. And this is very good, because labor is an important element of upbringing," shared the guest of the forum.

Despite the heavy workload at home, Natalia and her husband Vladimir lead an active life. They both have a parachuting license, and on Sundays they try to go to church together with their children. In addition, the Bichevins took the time to thoroughly research the history of their grandparents, which surprised the couple.

"We have a very interesting family history. At some point I decided to write it down. That's how my book Marriages are Made in Heaven came about, which was a revelation for all of us. It turned out that my ancestors and my husband's ancestors moved to the same places several times one after another. Mine started in Novgorod, and my husband's ancestors - in Ukraine. Can you imagine, independent of each other several years apart, they traveled to the same areas. These journeys across our vast homeland ended with the fact that I met Volodya in Irkutsk and got married," Natalia said.

The sister of the head of the family Oksana Bichevina is also a teacher. She now works in the Ministry of Education of the Irkutsk region, but started her career as a teacher in a knitting circle. According to her, only then she managed to fully realize how much children need a teacher to find the right approach to them.

"Sometimes there were children who showed that they lacked parental attention. I marked such children for myself. It was them who needed to be drawn into the educational process in the first place, to be interested in it. After a while, the child begins to change, becomes more self-confident, cheerful. And in their eyes, you begin to see not only enthusiasm for the subject, but also gratitude," said Oksana Bichevina.

The Bichevins' older daughters followed in their parents' footsteps. Anastasia studied to become a speech therapist. She believes that in her work it is important not only to fix speech defects, but also to teach children to speak correctly. And the daughter Anna, trained as a choir conductor, teaches music to people of all ages.
