Perm entrepreneurs successfully represented their native region at the RUSSIA EXPO fair and won the affection of residents and guests of the capital.
Since the beginning of the exposition, the Perm region has already sent farmers to the fair twice. Nine farms presented their products. In total, according to the regional exposition directorate, the entrepreneurs sold about 2 tons of products. They presented honey and beekeeping products, meat products, cheese, freeze-dried berries and gingerbread.
Some of the most popular products were turkey meat products from IE Bannova Elena Nikolaevna and beekeeping products from the brand "Perm Bees". Elena Bannova shared the result of her work at the Exposition.
"We brought to Moscow a wide range of turkey products - sausages, stew, jellied meat, smoked meat and turkey liver pate, - says the businesswoman. - Natural products are in demand, so we received a very warm welcome. We will gladly participate in the fair again.
The most popular products at the exposition were turkey thigh fillet ham, meat rillettes and liver pate.
Natural honey and beekeeping products of the native region were presented by two entrepreneurs: IE Kalugin Denis Alexandrovich, better known by the brand "Perm Bees", and the company "Promyod", known to many Permians, which presented a new type of kombucha at the exposition. "Kremlin kombucha" differs from others in its combination with lavender.
According to Ivan Choban, executive director of "Promyod", "Kremlin kombucha" caused a furor among the guests of the exposition. "This drink has an unusual combination of ingredients, in addition to the benefits, it also has a very pleasant taste. After the start of our work at the exposition, we immediately noticed a surge in sales both through the website and on marketplaces," the entrepreneur shared.
The "Perm Bees" brand is still at the beginning of its journey to conquer marketplaces, but Moscow residents and guests of the capital have come to love the products for their naturalness. Denis Kalugin, the founder of the brand, told how this was achieved. The apiary grows in the Ordinsky district in an ecologically clean place. "The main condition is that there are no areas near where pesticides are used," he explained. Honey is produced by special bees - Central Russian bees. According to the beekeeper, they are resistant to our climate and easily tolerate wintering.
The brand has participated in regional fairs for many years and for the first time presented its products internationally at the RUSSIA EXPO. "We didn't always have time to unload a new batch of goods before it was immediately bought. Linden honey was in great demand - it competed with Abkhazian honey. We were happy to treat our guests with pollen and honey with additives," Denis said about his work at the exposition.
The fair at the RUSSIA EXPO continues its work every day from 10:00 to 21:00. Perm farmers are gladly welcomed back. Sergei Khoroshutin, Acting Minister of Tourism of the Perm region, who oversees the region's work at the exposition, explained that Perm products sparked a lively and genuine interest among the guests of VDNH. And the entrepreneurs, in turn, are ready to come again, because they see the results of their work in Moscow. "Before the end of the exposition we plan to send our farmers twice more. Now we are in the process of selecting producers to present the Perm region with different goods. We plan that another 8-9 farms will be able to present their goods in Moscow," explained Sergei Khoroshutin.
