Winner of the international contest visited the National Centre RUSSIA branch in Primorye

Cadet of the Lugansk Cadet Corps of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Semyon Minakov, one of the winners of the international contest of archival, search, research and creative works "Heroes of Khasan on the Map of Russia — Heroes of the Great Patriotic War", took part in a tour of the branch of the National Centre RUSSIA in the Primorye region and shared his impressions.

"We visited the National Centre RUSSIA in the Primorye region. I really liked it — all the expositions are very modern and informative. Most of all, I enjoyed the exposition of Rosatom, where we saw the prospects for the growth of electric power in Primorye and the Far East," said Semyon.

Semyon Minakov and his teammate Nikita Shevchenko won a prize with their project about the feat of their compatriots — Gilfan Batarsin and Ivan Chernopyatko, who heroically fought against the Japanese at Khasan in 1938. The boys came to Primorye for the award ceremony and the solemn opening of the international research and practical conference "The Eternal Flame of Our Victory and Those Who Remain Faithful to It!", as well as the 26th Far Eastern book exposition and fair "Printing Yard", which took place on 18 September at the regional government.

The tours at the centre are free of charge and open to everyone. To attend, one needs to register on the website of the National Centre RUSSIA in the Primorye region and choose a convenient date and time. Tours are held daily, except Monday, from 10:00 to 20:00. Groups are formed of up to 15 people, and the programme lasts 90 minutes. Joining without prior registration is possible if there are free places in the group.
