Useful kneading: masterclasses and tastings on February 22 at the RUSSIA EXPO
The Russian Guild of Bakers and Confectioners invites to a culinary masterclass on making kvass drink and baking bread.
The guests will be shown the dough kneading, given the recipe of healthy bread on natural sourdough starter and organic flour, told about useful additives and the best moment to add them. In the end, all participants will taste several types of bread.
The host of
the masterclass will be Maxim Yedlin, vice-president of the Moscow Guild of
Bakers, baker-technologist, founder of the trademark "Yedlin Bread"
and "Yedlin Ceramics", author and presenter of masterclasses on
sourdough bread baking, participant of many TV and radio projects devoted to
bread, healthy eating and traditional Russian cuisine.
