A selection committee in each region will choose the participating composers. They will create musical pieces as "calling cards" of their respective regions. The result will be a concert program performed at venues in ten regions.
The final stage will feature a series of concerts in Moscow in September 2025 at the Grand Hall of the "Workshop '12' of Nikita Mikhalkov," where the works will be performed by leading ensembles, including the State Academic Russian Folk Ensemble "Russia" named after L.G. Zykina and musicians from the Orpheus Television and Radio Centre.
Recordings of all compositions will be made available on streaming platforms and distributed to the regions for inclusion in the repertoires of creative groups and festival programs. The project will conclude with a gala concert on November 4, 2025, at the National Centre RUSSIA, dedicated to National Unity Day.
The project is implemented by the Foundation for Innovative Development of Culture, Education, and Science (FIRKON) with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives.
