The National Centre RUSSIA will host an educational family master class, "Paint Like Kandinsky," on February 16 at 13:00. The event will include a lecture on the life and work of renowned Russian artist and art theorist Wassily Kandinsky, followed by a hands-on workshop.

Visitors will learn about the master's works from Veronika Nikiforova, a graduate student at the HSE School of Design and the creator of the project "(Un)critical: Art, Fashion, Culture."

The master class will be led by artist-educator Anna Rusakova, a graduate of the K. A. Savitsky Art School. The drawing process will be displayed on large screens for the convenience of guests. The host will comment on each stage of the artwork creation and provide practical advice. All art supplies will be provided, and assistants will help both children and adults create their own abstract paintings in the style of abstract art.
