Robotization and artificial intelligence: the ways to increase labor productivity were discussed at the RUSSIA EXPO
On May 8,
an expert panel dedicated to the results of the national project "Labor
Productivity", as well as to the fulfillment of the tasks voiced in the
President's Address to the Federal Assembly was held.
Murat
Kerefov, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia, spoke about the
prospects for increasing labor productivity, including through the introduction
of digital solutions in production processes, as well as the principles of lean
manufacturing.
"The
task set by the President is quite ambitious, requiring a lot of coordinated
efforts from all participants in the process. To date, the activities of the
national project covered 20% of non-resource companies that can participate in
the national project according to the criteria of revenue and industry
affiliation - this is 6 thousand enterprises," stressed Murat Kerefov.
He noted
that the agency has taken a number of measures to implement the plans. In
particular, the tourism sector has come under the aegis of the national
project. In addition, it is proposed to create sectoral centers of competence,
to carry out more in-depth complex work at the enterprises themselves through
the introduction of lean production principles, work with personnel, increasing
the level of digitalization, technical re-equipment. Such projects will be
implemented at about 900 enterprises in various sectors of the economy. This
will make it possible to increase the output of products critical for the
country by about 20%.
Murat
Kerefov also spoke about the work of the portal "Efficiency.rf", the
Industrial Development Fund and how the national project is being implemented
in social institutions - medical and educational.
Nikolay
Solomon, Director General of the ANO "Federal Center of Competences in the
Field of Labor Productivity", in his speech dwelled upon innovations in
the implementation of complex projects.
"There
are three areas of possible potential for increasing labor productivity at
enterprises. These are information technologies, artificial intelligence and
robotization," Nikolai Solomon noted.
He
emphasized that business owners themselves need to choose the directions they
will implement at their enterprises, and the state, in turn, will help to
establish a relationship between consumers and suppliers of information
products.
Evgeny
Tokarenko, Director of Digital Transformation of the ANO "Digital
Performance Technologies", Zoya Viktorova, Deputy Head of the Department
of Economic Policy and Development of Moscow, Alexei Yurtaev, Minister of
Economy of the Krasnodar region, and Konstantin Saveliev, CEO of PLASTMARKET
LLC also took part in the discussion.
The
experts, in particular, analyzed the issues of joint work of the Russian
Government, business and regions to improve the investment climate and the
implementation of the Regional Investment Standard, including the mechanism of
feedback from business.
