At the Farmers Fair in Pavilion 48, from March 26 to 31 you can taste real chocolate, game delicacies and sausages. Wild fish, cheeses and Siberian eco-products made of herbs, nuts and berries are also waiting for guests.

The chocolate brand from the Moscow region will once again delight guests with bars made of noble cacao - all over the world it is called aromatica. These plants are quite capricious, however, it is in their grains that there is no excessive acidity and bitterness. In cocoa beans you can catch nutty and tobacco notes. But in the finished chocolate, the whole range of its flavors with shades of berries, flowers, honey and fruit is already shimmering.

Special equipment is used to grind chocolate beans. Cocoa beans and sugar can be ground for up to 70 hours, thanks to which the taste of chocolate becomes more delicate and velvety, almost silky.

The brand from the Irkutsk region will allow guests to enjoy ecologically friendly products from the best producers of Siberia, who make natural pastila and fruit potato chips without sugar, dyes and preservatives. The assortment also includes various teas and herbs, dried berries, mushrooms, nuts and honey.

Cookery from the Tula region was also loved by the guests: 70% of the brand range are "low and slow" dishes on oak wood: classic beef brisket, pork ribs, knuckle and neck; chicken wings and breast. There is even smoked African clarias catfish, as well as dried delicacies from meat and game, stew of the highest grade, meat preparations and semi-finished products.

And sausage lovers will be glad to see the participants from the Leningrad region again. After all, their dry-cured goods are produced by natural maturation and belong to the premium class, while being quite affordable. Be sure to try salami Felino and Tartufo, spicy sausage with paprika and venison.

Also, at the fair you can try a variety of cheeses and amazing pastila, cheese marmalade, fish products from the Krasnoyarsk region from representatives of the indigenous community "Mukustur".
