Family art objects, giant dandelions and the Curonian Spit: interesting things to see at the renewed regional stands
The space of the RUSSIA EXPO is constantly changing to keep
bringing joy and surprising its guests. With the arrival of spring, in Pavilion
No. 75 you can see new art objects and photo zones: rose-covered rocking
chairs, blossoming apple and cherry trees, interactive dandelions and a unique
stork for family expansion.
Walking among the regional expositions, it is impossible not
to notice a lot of flowers. Apple trees blossomed at the stand of the Tula
region so that the guests could make the most beautiful selfies, giant flowers
decorate the Ryazan region, creating a unique photo zone. And at the Zabaykalye
exposition, wild rosemary blossomed, decorating beautiful swings where you can
also take photos.
Another striking innovation is the decorations dedicated to
the Year of the Family. At the stand of St. Petersburg, there appeared swings
covered with roses for romantic marital evenings. And one of the brightest and
most memorable art objects was a stork carrying a baby at the exposition of the
Stavropol region. It turns out that rubbing the baby's heels is a sign of the
soon-to-be extension of the family. That is why young women now and then reach
for the heels, as well as ladies of venerable age, with laughter, specifying
that they want grandchildren as soon as possible. By the way, you can pet the
tree on which the stork sits — for good luck, so that the relationship in the
family are cordial, and love is strong.
The idea to decorate the stand with such an unusual art
object belongs to the Governor of the region Vladimir Vladimirov. The
composition with a baby, representing new life, family welfare and prosperity,
will delight guests until the end of the RUSSIA EXPO — July 8 — the Day of
Family, Love and Fidelity.
"The art object "Stork" symbolizes the Year of the Family in Russia, declared by President Vladimir Putin, to preserve and protect traditional Russian family values, solve the demographic problem and minimize the influence of anti-family stereotypes," the governor specified.
Giant dandelions can be seen at the stand of the Chelyabinsk
region. If you get close to the flowers and clap your hands, you can see the
dandelions' fluff flying off, symbolizing the region's readiness to share good
mood with other regions and, of course, with the exposition guests.
Meanwhile, the Kaliningrad region decided to boast of its
main pride — the Curonian Spit Nature Reserve. That is why the region's stand
is decorated with legendary curved pine trees. A part of the "Dancing
Forest" reminds the guests of the exposition of the unique Baltic nature,
which should be seen with your own eyes when you come to visit.
