The Congress of the United Russia party will be held at the National Centre RUSSIA
12.04.2024

The Congress of the All-Russian Political Party "United Russia" will be held on December 14 at the National Centre RUSSIA. During the event, party members will discuss the results of the year’s work, review updates to the People's Program, and prepare for the 2026 State Duma election campaign. Additionally, a scheduled rotation of the party's General Council members will take place.

Acting Secretary of the General Council Vladimir Yakushev noted that a significant portion of the congress will focus on amendments to the party's key program document — the People's Program. These changes are deemed necessary following the President's address to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the May decree on national development goals for 2030 and 2036.

The National Centre RUSSIA was established by order of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, to preserve the legacy of the International RUSSIA EXPO and to showcase the achievements of the country and its citizens on a permanent basis. Federal government agencies, state companies, corporations, and regions take part in the Centre’s work.

The National Centre RUSSIA is located at 14 Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment, Moscow. The Centre is open from 10:00 to 20:00 every day except Monday.
