The "Cosmic Cowboy" workshop took place within the educational program of the exposition "The Birth of Scale" at the National Centre RUSSIA on April 6. Participants developed space suits for architects. The session was conducted by instructors from the School of Architecture of the Future SETKA — architect Yegor Orlov and artist Irina Golovanova.

"Space is often depicted as a realm of darkness and threat, but we disagree with that. Why not color it in cheerful tones, transforming it into a safe haven? And who, if not an architect, is capable of this magic? We have created a 'galactic suit' — not just an outfit, but a technological cloud that grants the hero the power to move planets and ignite extinct stars," said Yegor Orlov

Under the guidance of the instructors, participants familiarized themselves with the basics of design and model construction, learned to develop concepts of futuristic technologies and suits, and gained experience in teamwork.

Alyona Lebezykhina and her son Timofey attended the workshop at the National Centre RUSSIA for the third time.

"I drew a suit with an oxygen generator, which is a powerful computer, and a pocket that shrinks objects 100 times. The suit is equipped with a jet pack, allowing it to reach the speed of light. It is very durable, maintains a stable temperature, and can transform into an impenetrable shell," shared Timofey Lebezykhina.

The School of Architecture of the Future SETKA previously conducted two more workshops at the National Centre RUSSIA. In one, participants created a project of the architectural planet of the future, and in the other, a multilayer art installation "Theatre of the Future."

"Participants of the School of Architecture of the Future SETKA design cities of various shapes, sizes, and colors. The modern architect thinks intergalactically, combining physics and metaphysics," noted Irina Golovanova.

Participation in such workshops is free. To register, visit the website russia.ru in the "Events" section.
