The project "Event Passports of Regions" was presented at the RUSSIA EXPO by the National Congress Bureau. "Event passport of the region" allows to systematize and summarize significant information about the region for its promotion as a place of events.

The task of the passports is to introduce potential organizers and participants of events to the region, to present all the resources it provides for the implementation of projects. In fact, it is a guide for any event organizer with all the necessary information and contacts.

"The event passport of the region is a guide for event organizers. At the moment, in cooperation with regional structures, the National Congress Bureau has developed Event Passports for six regions and is working on new passports," said Sagid Zaremukov, Director of the National Congress Bureau.

He added that the event passport of a region contains information about the subject of the Russian Federation and its cultural peculiarities, industry specialization of the region, so that users of the product could understand what projects and events can be held in a particular region.
