The "Walk of Fame," dedicated to renowned Russian athletes and their achievements on the global sports stage, has opened at the National Centre RUSSIA. The exposition was created by the Russian society Znanie in partnership with the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation. At the initial stage, the exposition features 254 medals in 36 disciplines from 38 stars of Russian sports. It will be expanded in the near future.

The "Walk of Fame" is located on the first floor of the National Centre RUSSIA and consists of showcases displaying personalized steles. In addition to portraits and biographies of outstanding athletes, visitors will have the opportunity to see authentic medals — symbols of great victories on international stages.

The exposition presents achievements in various sports, including martial arts, winter, summer, water, team, and air sports, as well as shooting sports and fencing.

Among the legends featured on the stands are:

"It would not be an exaggeration to say that the history of Russian sports is written in golden letters. Hundreds and thousands of Russian athletes across various disciplines have set and continue to set standards, raising the bar to an unprecedented level. Today, we must talk about this even more, share the stories of our champions more often. All the achievements presented in the exposition reflect their incredible efforts, passion, and unstoppable will to win. I believe that this 'Walk of Fame' is a unique opportunity to learn more about outstanding compatriots, to connect with their records, and to be inspired for great personal achievements," emphasized Maxim Dreval, Director General of Russian society Znanie.

The project was created to raise awareness among Russians about the sports achievements of our country and to inspire young people across Russia to engage in sports.
