Concerts, sports exercises, creative meetings, quizzes and masterclasses are waiting for the guests of the “Moscow Space” at the RUSSIA EXPO on May 25 and 26. For a month, the track “Moscow - the Youth Capital” is held in Hall A of Pavilion No. 75 of VDNH. On the last weekend of May, experts will tell you how to start a successful startup, how to make your morning brighter with a dance warm-up and what opportunities the city offers its young residents.
On Saturday, May 25, at 12:15 guests will be invited to join a dance flash mob. Stylized images, easy to repeat movements, recognizable songs and acquaintance with the youth capital are waiting for them. At 15:00 there will be a creative meeting with Merited Artist of Russia Elena Valyushkina. She will talk about the difficulties and joys of the acting profession, the life of the theater and the important role played by young people in modern art.
At 16:30, experts will give advice on how to start your own business and achieve success. The experience of a successful startup will be shared by Daniil Makatrov, CEO of an IT company, and Nikita Nekhaenko, head of a studio for the implementation of augmented reality technology in various business spheres and creator of a mobile application with augmented reality for park visitors.
Saturday evening is time for a live music concert. At 18:00, soloists of the Moscow Men's Chamber Choir conducted by Valery Rybin will perform familiar songs about school love, first disappointments and carefree youth.
On Sunday, May 26, at 13:00 there will be a masterclass for the whole family by experts of the Moscow Transport Pavilion. Its participants will create a wooden magnet - a figurine in the form of a means of transportation - under the guidance of Anastasia Ivanova and Elena Korsunova, specialists of the advisory support group of passenger services.
Semyon Belkin and Darya Pavlova, ambassadors of the “Youth of Moscow” project, invite to talk about the current city initiatives for young people, grant programs, educational and cultural projects at 14:00. At 16:00 at the audio play “Moscow Tea Drinking” guests will learn about the capital's tea drinking culture, which dates back several centuries. At 17:45 the quiz “Youth Capital” will begin. The guests will answer questions about the opportunities that exist in Moscow for young people, what is the difference between the capital's youth and young people from other cities of Russia.
Sunday will end with a classical music concert. At 18:00 the artists of the State Chapel of Moscow named after Vadim Sudakov will sing for the guests. For 32 years, the ensemble has been reviving the traditions of singers and instrumentalists, established by the XVIII century.
The RUSSIA EXPO is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10:00 to 21:00, Friday through Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00, Monday is a day off. Admission is free. You can choose an interesting event in the schedule of “Moscow Space” at the RUSSIA EXPO.
